more librarians purge records

Boulder-area librarians are joining others in the country: they will stop keeping records on patrons' reading habits in an effort to thwart the PATRIOT act.

I have to say that it makes me proud of the public library system in Boulder that they would stand up to the Patriot Act in this manner. My blood has been boiling since first hearing some of the issues raised by this Act, and I'm glad to see that somebody is standing up to it.
