Posts to Moorish Girl are rare, in both senses of the word. Not many blogs provide the kind of insight I find here, nor in such an even handed and cheerful manner. Thanks, MG.

Well, I like your site, of course.

I also enjoy it, you are quirky and charming. You know what else I like? I like the film “Magnolia”. Critics are divided on whether it is the most pretentious movie of all time or an artistic achievment of the like we’ve never seen. Let me tell you, it is neither. But boy oh boy, John C. Reilley, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and William H. Macy all deliver the performances of their careers.
Anyone read the new book on Iran, all the Shah’s Men, or something of that nature? It looked interesting to me.
Patrice Lumumba. Yea or nay?

Anyone read this book? It’s finally come out here in the U.S.

I find that the best blogs, meaning those with truly thought provoking posts, go without comments. MG is in good company.

I am a regular reader of your blog, which I find very interesting, specially the literary posts. I am writing from la mancha, home of Don Quijote, and you know what? I never found the time to read it.

Stop it, people. You’ll ruin my reputation.

I’m having a huge sandwich for lunch. I mean it’s really big. MG, thanks for the pointer to bookslut, another blog on my ever-growing reading list.
I love you.
You too.

Mutual self-admiration, huh.
